Appointments are booked online via Full Slate. To facilitate creation of your account, please email me the following information: FIRST NAME, LAST NAME, and CELL PHONE NUMBER. I will return account login infomation to you so you may be able to book new and follow-up appointments.
New clients are requested to complete 2 forms: 1) Health History Questionnaire and 2) Consent for Treatment Form, which contains the new “Acknowledgement of COVID19” section. Print or email the forms to yokochun@bedfordacupuncture.com or bring to your first appointment.

Online payments via https://www.bedfordacupuncture.com/ website at bottom of this page. This can be done by purchasing gift certificates online, which will be applied to your treatment. Options for initial visit, follow-up treatment, and multi-pack available.
Cancelation and No Show Policy - Appointments should be cancelled 24 hours ahead. Late cancellations and no shows will be charged for the full cost of the appointment.
We do not accept tips.
Day-of-Visit Safety Protocol:
If you like to hydrate after treatments please provide personal water bottles.
Upon arrival, stay in the car. We will text each other to start short pre-screening questionnaire over phone. Once complete, Yoko will greet you at the door. Footwear must be taken off before entering the waiting room.
